I’m stuck in Iceland now cause my connecting flight got cancelled, I would like to slip on the ice and decease🫠

currently stranded in Iceland at Kefalik Airport and we haven’t seen a single airport/airline employee, there’s no one at the service desk, and apparently the roads out are closed 🫠

@Icelandair - today I hope to fly out of Iceland, being stuck after weather cancelations where you rebooked me to one destination and my 13 year old son, unaccompanied, to another. Upon arrival in Iceland, we were told customer srvc would be waiting after customs(cont)

@Icelandair to help. There was one person, for the hundreds left stranded. There were so many people in line for taxis and busses. I fought through the blizzard to the rental agency and picked up a car my SO rented for us in anticipation of having to stay in Iceland (cont)
— Erik Callaway (@erikcallaway) December 19, 2022
@Icelandair - what are you going to do to make this right? We paid $2500 for two round trip tickets one with a single unaccompanied minor service, $1000 for two one way tickets, $300 in hotels, more for a rental car, and days of lost time, both on our vacation and (cont)

@Icelandair we’re stranded in Reykjavik following a series of cancelled and delayed flights that meant we missed our connection to JFK. You said we’d receive an email about being rebooked onto flights today but we’ve heard nothing and now you won’t pick up the phone?!
